Steve Miles
Steve is the owner of North Wales Sea Kayaking, he has lived on Holy Island on the west coast of Anglesey all his life. Steve started sea kayaking in his teens and began professionally coaching and guiding sea kayaking, in 2009. Steve is also the co-owner of Anglesey Adventures and Coasteering Wales, providing multi-activity adventure days to the public.
Steve regularly works at sea kayaking symposiums, both in the UK and abroad, which have included sea kayak symposiums at Pembrokeshire, Cornwall, Scotland, Spain and Greece, but he always loves returning to sea kayak coaching and guiding back home in Anglesey, passing on his local knowledge of the seas around Anglesey. Steve will put this knowledge and experience of sea kayaking in Anglesey to good use when selecting venues for you, allowing you to get the most from your sea kayaking days out on the water.
Steve's sea kayaking expeditions have included a circumnavigation of Ireland in 34 days, the roof of Britain, Wales (from the Severn crossing to Prestatyn), the east coast of Greenland as well as three weeks in Arctic Norway passing Nordcapp and an Irish sea crossing, all by sea kayak.
I do what I love, and I want you to fall in love with sea kayaking and the coastline of Anglesey as well as help you gain skills to enable you to plan your own sea kayaking trips in the UK and further afield. Please get in touch if you have any questions which have not been answered on my website or have any queries about anything else regarding your booking.
Hope to see you on the water soon...
Steve
